1我们收集的信息Information We Collect

1.1 您主动提供的信息：

• 注册信息：手机号码、昵称、头像
• 个人设置：母语语言偏好（支持多语言）
• 您通过文本翻译功能输入的文字内容
• 您通过拍照翻译或菜单翻译功能上传的图片
• 您通过音频翻译功能录制的语音内容

1.2 我们自动收集的信息：

• 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符
• 使用数据：功能使用频次、翻译记录（脱敏处理）
• 日志信息：访问时间、IP 地址、崩溃报告
• 积分流水：充值记录、消费记录

1.3 关于相机与麦克风权限：本应用的拍照翻译和菜单翻译功能需要访问您的相机，音频翻译功能需要访问您的麦克风。我们仅在您主动使用相关功能时调用上述权限，不会在后台持续采集。拍摄的图片和录制的语音仅用于当次翻译请求，不会永久存储于我们的服务器。

1.1 Information you actively provide:

• Registration details: phone number, nickname, profile photo
• Personal settings: native language preference (multiple languages supported)
• Text content entered via the text translation feature
• Images uploaded via the photo translation or menu translation features
• Voice recordings made via the audio translation feature

1.2 Information collected automatically:

• Device information: model, OS version, unique device identifiers
• Usage data: feature frequency, translation history (anonymized)
• Log information: access timestamps, IP address, crash reports
• Points ledger: recharge and consumption records

1.3 Camera & microphone permissions: Photo translation and menu translation require camera access; audio translation requires microphone access. We only invoke these permissions when you actively use the relevant feature — never in the background. Captured images and voice recordings are used solely for the current translation request and are not permanently stored on our servers.

3信息共享与披露Data Sharing & Disclosure

我们承诺不会出售您的个人信息。在以下情况下，我们可能与第三方共享信息：

We will not sell your personal information. We may share data with third parties in the following circumstances:

• AI 服务提供商：您输入的文本将传输至我们使用的大语言模型 API 服务商（如 OpenAI、Anthropic 等），这些服务商签署了严格的数据处理协议。
• 支付平台：充值时信息传输至微信支付、支付宝等合法支付机构，我们不存储您的支付卡号等敏感信息。
• 数据分析服务：我们使用匿名统计分析工具（如友盟等）进行应用性能监测。
• 法律要求：当法律或政府机关要求时，我们将依法配合。

• AI service providers: Text you enter is transmitted to LLM API providers we use (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent), bound by strict data processing agreements.
• Payment platforms: During recharge, payment data is transmitted to licensed institutions (WeChat Pay, Alipay). We do not store payment card numbers.
• Analytics services: We use anonymized tools (such as Umeng) for app performance monitoring.
• Legal requirements: We cooperate with disclosure requirements from legal or government authorities as required by law.

4数据存储与安全Data Storage & Security

4.1 您的数据存储于中国大陆的合规云服务器。跨境数据传输将依法履行相关备案或安全评估程序。

4.2 我们采取以下安全措施：

• HTTPS / TLS 加密传输
• 数据库字段级加密（如手机号等敏感信息）
• 访问控制与最小权限原则
• 定期安全审计与漏洞扫描

4.3 数据保留期限：账号数据在您注销后 90天 内彻底删除（法律要求保留的数据除外）；AI 对话日志在脱敏处理后保留不超过 12个月。

4.1 Your data is stored on compliant cloud servers within mainland China. Cross-border transfers will follow required filing or security assessment procedures.

4.2 Security measures we implement:

• HTTPS / TLS encrypted transmission
• Field-level database encryption for sensitive data (e.g., phone numbers)
• Access controls and the principle of least privilege
• Regular security audits and vulnerability scanning

4.3 Data Retention: Account data is deleted within 90 days of account cancellation (except data required by law). AI conversation logs are retained no longer than 12 months after anonymization.

Submit requests via "Settings → Contact Support" in the App or by email. We will respond within 15 business days.

6Cookie 与本地存储Cookies & Local Storage

本应用使用本地存储保存您的偏好设置，包括：

• 母语语言偏好（native_lang）
• 登录状态 Token
• 翻译历史记录（仅保存于本地设备）

以上数据仅存于您的设备，不上传服务器，可随时通过清除应用数据删除。

The App uses local storage to save your preferences, including:

• Native language preference (native_lang)
• Login state token
• Translation history (stored on your device only)

This data is stored only on your device, never uploaded to our servers, and can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's data.

7未成年人保护Protection of Minors

7.1 本应用不面向 14周岁以下 的儿童。如我们发现有未满14周岁的用户注册，将立即注销其账号并删除相关数据。

7.2 14至18周岁的未成年人须在监护人同意下使用本服务，充值行为需经监护人确认。

7.3 若您是监护人并发现被监护人未经许可注册，请立即联系我们。

7.1 The Service is not directed to children under 14 years of age. If we discover a user under 14 has registered, we will immediately cancel their account and delete related data.

7.2 Minors aged 14–18 must use the Service with guardian consent. Point recharges require guardian confirmation.

7.3 If you are a guardian and discover your ward has registered without permission, please contact us immediately.

8政策更新Policy Updates

我们可能会不定期更新本隐私政策。若发生重大变更，我们将通过应用内弹窗或推送通知提前告知您。若您在变更生效后继续使用本服务，则视为接受更新后的政策。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app pop-ups or push notifications. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
