欢迎使用 Nativy（以下简称"本应用"或"本服务"）。本协议由您（"用户"）与 Nativy 运营团队（"我们"）共同订立，适用于您对本应用的所有访问和使用行为。请在使用前仔细阅读本协议，一旦您注册或使用本服务，即视为您已充分阅读并同意本协议的全部条款。
Welcome to Nativy ("the App" or "the Service"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("User") and the Nativy operating team ("we"/"us") and governs all access to and use of the App. By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have fully read and agree to all terms herein.

Nativy is an AI-powered multi-function translation tool designed to help users overcome language barriers with ease, offering the following core features:
本服务基于大型语言模型（LLM）及图像识别技术驱动，部分高级功能需消耗积分方可使用。
The Service is powered by Large Language Model (LLM) and image recognition technology. Certain premium features require Points to access.
2.1 您须年满 14周岁（若当地法律有更高要求，则以当地法律为准）方可注册和使用本服务。
2.2 注册时，您须提供真实、准确、完整的信息，包括但不限于手机号码或邮箱地址。
2.3 您有责任妥善保管账号密码，对所有以您账号进行的活动承担全部责任。如发现账号被盗用，请立即联系我们。
2.4 每位用户仅可注册一个账号，禁止转让或出售账号。
2.1 You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age required by local law, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
2.2 You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information upon registration.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized access.
2.4 Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
3.1 积分性质：积分是本应用内的虚拟货币，仅可用于兑换本应用内的 AI 服务功能，不可兑换为现金或实物。
3.2 积分获取：用户可通过充值、签到奖励、平台活动等方式获取积分，具体规则以应用内公示为准。
3.3 不予退款：积分一经充值成功，原则上不予退款。若因本平台技术原因导致积分错扣，您可提交工单申请核实处理。
3.4 有效期：充值积分自购买之日起 24个月 内有效，逾期自动清零。
3.5 价格变动：我们保留调整积分价格的权利，调整后的价格自公告之日起生效。
3.1 Nature of Points: Points are virtual currency redeemable solely for in-app AI features. They carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.2 Earning Points: Points may be obtained through recharging, daily check-ins, and platform events as published in the App.
3.3 No Refunds: All Point purchases are generally non-refundable. Incorrectly deducted Points due to platform errors may be investigated via support ticket.
3.4 Validity: Purchased Points are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and expire automatically thereafter.
3.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust Point prices, effective from the date of announcement.
4.1 本应用的 AI 功能由大型语言模型提供支持。AI 生成的内容仅供参考，不构成专业语言教学建议。
4.2 AI 翻译结果可能存在偏差或错误，不应用于法律、医疗、考试等高风险场景的正式翻译。
4.3 您向 AI 发送的对话内容可能被用于优化模型质量（已脱敏处理），具体见隐私政策。
4.4 禁止利用 AI 服务生成违法、有害、歧视性内容；我们保留拒绝响应或屏蔽相关内容的权利。
4.1 The App's AI features are powered by large language models. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional language instruction.
4.2 AI translation results may contain inaccuracies and must not be relied upon for formal translations in legal, medical, or examination contexts.
4.3 Conversation content sent to the AI may be used for model improvement (after anonymization), as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
4.4 Using AI services to generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or block such content.

违反上述规范的，我们有权暂停或永久封禁您的账号，情节严重者将依法追究法律责任。
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination. Serious violations may be subject to legal action.
6.1 本应用及其内容（包括但不限于界面设计、文本、图标、课程内容、算法）的知识产权归 Nativy 运营团队所有。
6.2 您仅获得本服务的有限、非排他性、不可转让的个人使用许可，不得复制、修改、分发或商业利用本应用的任何内容。
6.3 您输入的内容知识产权归属于您，但您授予我们非独家许可权以用于提供和改进本服务。
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (UI design, text, icons, course content, algorithms, etc.) belong to the Nativy operating team.
6.2 You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Service. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any App content.
6.3 You retain intellectual property rights in content you input, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for providing and improving the Service.
7.1 本服务按"现状"提供，我们不对 AI 翻译结果的准确性、完整性、适用性作出任何明示或暗示的保证。
7.2 因不可抗力（自然灾害、网络中断、第三方服务故障等）导致服务中断的，我们不承担责任。
7.3 在法律允许的范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本服务而造成的间接、偶然、惩罚性损失不承担责任。
7.1 The Service is provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI translations or learning content.
7.2 We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, third-party failures, etc.).
7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
8.1 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本服务的权利，并将提前通过应用内公告或邮件通知用户。
8.2 本协议的变更将通过应用内提示发布，变更后继续使用本服务即视为您接受新协议。
8.3 您可随时注销账号以终止本协议，账号数据将按照隐私政策的规定处理。
8.4 本协议适用中国大陆法律，争议提交应用运营方所在地有管辖权的法院处理。
8.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time and will notify users in advance via in-app announcements or email.
8.2 Changes to this Agreement will be communicated through in-app notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8.3 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account. Account data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
8.4 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location.
